Stephen has over 28 years of experience in software application design and development, systems integration, security, and technical infrastructure. This includes 20 years as a PeopleSoft techno-functional consultant.  Additionally, Stephen has expertise in accounting with over 16 years of financial accounting experience as a CPA and in senior financial management positions with publicly and privately held companies.
