Throughout his career Harindar has supported clients on their BODS and ETL initiatives from architecting solutions to hands on development.  He has extensive experience with data modeling, database administration, performance tuning, application design and system testing.  Harindar's diverse background allows him to create strategies with business owners and architect solutions in order to improve efficiencies.  During his most recent role he was tasked with managing the HANA platform migration where he was responsible for transforming their BODS landscape. Earlier in his career Harindar also helped clients transition from legacy databases and develop ETL solutions for more effective external and internal tables.
