As a Project Manager, Everlene serves as the lead, and is responsible for the day-to-day operational, direction and control of a single project or multiple projects concurrently. This includes creating and managing the project plan, budget, scope, issues, and risks as well as, developing and implementing a communication plan to report status and oversee coordination of project information. From a technical aspect, she can manage the implementation of the underlying infrastructure that supports the new system along with serving as a contributor and reviewer of technical documentation.
