Brian has experience focusing on the areas of US and International Transaction Taxes including Sales and Use, Local Option, Gross Receipts, Excise, Telecom, Utility, and Value-Added (VAT).  He also has 15 years designing, implementing and integrating Sabrix (OneSource), Taxware (Sovos), Avalara, and Vertex taxation systems with different billing, CRM, and ERP systems including SAP.
