Bhavani has over 10 years of experience working as a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant. She has experience customizing, implementing, and supporting PeopleSoft HCM 8.0 to 9.2 including the Core HR, Compensation, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration and Payroll for North America modules. Bhavani has hands-on technical experience using Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, PS Query, Workflow, Query Manager, Data Mover and Tree Manager. She has worked with the Access database during her project with Southeastern Grocers. She recently finished her assignment with JP Morgan where she assisted with the portions of the functional design, analysis, and implementation of their HR / Payroll conversion program. Bhavani extensively used Excel to CI templates while working with the Core HR team to update salary administration plans and salary grade structures for all existing position data. She also worked with the Compensation team to insert a new row for tenure pay rate adjustments and state minimum wage rate updates using Excel to CI templates.
