Archana has over twelve years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant.   Her typical responsibilities include requirement gathering, analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and support.   She is strongest in the Benefits and Core HR areas.   Additionally, she has experience in using Excel to CI to upload HCM data such as Performance evaluations. Finally, Archana has solid testing experience; reviewing test procedures, defining cases, reviewing and maintaining test scripts, automated testing and UAT.
