My grandma always said people will forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel. Since the first time I set-up a lemonade stand on the sidewalk next to my neighbor’s garage sale, I have always looked for ways to add to the customer experience. Customers want their lemonade served cold and their newspapers dry. I work hard to understand every clients’ expectations and focus on delivering a quality experience based on those expectations.
