Steve is an IT Engineer with extensive hands-on experience managing Microsoft Active Directory environments with Windows Server 2008-2016, SQL/SCCM, and Exchange Servers. He has considerable experience utilizing VMware with SAN technology to follow best ITIL/Agile practices, documentation, and change management practices for DR utilizing SRM, vMotion, H/A to meet SLA's and 100% facility uptime.
