Job - Account Executive
Company Description:
GlobalSource IT is currently seeking an Account Executive to help develop and maintain relationships with new clients across the United States. Their organization is the Midwest’s largest privately held staffing and consulting conglomerate, with total revenue approaching 250 million dollars annually. They have a proven track record servicing Fortune 2000 organizations and public sector entities, providing them with a highly honed and cost efficient way of delivering niche talent since 1998. They are centrally located in Milwaukee, WI, and service approximately 300 clients domestically and abroad. Simply put, they are a ‘household’ name in the respective industry vertical.
 
Position Description:
The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients that use ERP contract resources and develop a strategic plan to break into the accounts and garner business. The best fit for our environment will be one who has the ability to work independently, a successful history in developing relationships and communicating with multiple levels of an organization including c-suite. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule introduction meetings with IT and business decision makers to build relationships and name recognition 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate contacts at prospective clients
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship building to closing sale
  • Produce effective marketing materials and messages for target audience with the help of the marketing department
  • Coordinate requirements with hiring manager to understand their staffing needs
  • Interface with recruiting team to align and prioritize current and future hiring demand
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in new business development and sales
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong listening and presenting skills
  • Ability to develop, penetrate, and maintain candidate and client relationships
  • Experience scheduling and holding client meetings to generate new business and expand current business
  • Entrepreneurial, self motivated personalities are a plus
